To ensure the safety of our team and the highest quality clean for your space, please review our operational guidelines:

Preparation: It is presumed the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate the cleaning process.

Pet Policy: All pets must either be supervised by the owner while cleaning is being conducted or placed in a designated isolation area away from cleaning personnel.

Height Limitations: We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that cannot be reached by hand.

Heavy Furniture: We do not move heavy furniture, but we will make every effort to reach visible areas behind/underneath by hand or with an extension tool.

Blinds & Dust Settling: We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning; excessive buildup may require multiple visits. While we utilize techniques to limit airborne dust, please allow for some natural dust resettlement after we leave.
